The results of 7 new clones of Müller Thurgau marked ISMA® are presented. The clones have been selected to ensure adaptation to the environment, optimize terpenes but also increase the potential "grapefruit" thiol aroma. In addition, 6 “historical” biotypes and clones of Traminer aromatico have been newly investigated for 3 years in 5 vineyards between 250 and 350 m high, in relation to the concentration differences regarding glutathyl- and cysteinyl-3-mercaptohexanol, precursors of varietal thiols that contribute to the tropical and exotic fruit notes of the wines and increase typicity. Finally, the results of a work-in-progress of 9 Yellow Muscat biotypes are presented in comparison with the ISV V5 clone

Abstract
Finally, the results of a work-in-progress of 9 Yellow Muscat biotypes are presented in comparison with the ISV V5 cloneFile | Dimensione | Formato | |
