In untargeted metabolomics analysis, the robustness and stability of the LC-MS method are fundamental to assure the best repeatability to the analysis. In order to develop an untargeted method on Hilic column aimed to analyse polar metabolites of grape and wine, we took in consideration a previously published targeted method, and we changed some method features to adapt it to the needs of the untargeted analysis. Furthermore, a meticulous checking of the overall system stability during sample analysis permitted to better schedule the LC-MS system cleaning, necessary to restore and maintain best analytical conditions

Abstract
