The simultaneous use of analytical instruments provides a better characterization of samples and enables to study of the properties of each individual technique. In this paper, we show an unprecedented integration of electronic nose and proton transfer reaction for the simultaneous measurement of the headspace of tomato pastes differently treated. Results show the individual contribution of the two instruments and evidences the fact that electronic nose results are sometimes not simply derivable from the chemical composition of the samples

Abstract
The simultaneous use of analytical instruments provides a better characterization of samples and enables to study of the properties of each individual technique. In this paper, we show an unprecedented integration of electronic nose and proton transfer reaction for the simultaneous measurement of the headspace of tomato pastes differently treated. Results show the individual contribution of the two instruments and evidences the fact that electronic nose results are sometimes not simply derivable from the chemical composition of the samplesFile | Dimensione | Formato | |
